This notice applies to the Union Financial website and business inquiries submitted through it. An inquiry is not an application for a bank account or a debit card.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the business and contact details you provide, as well as information about your organization, program interests, pricing response, and any notes you choose to share.
For merchant inquiries, we record the applicable pricing scenario identifier, terms and price, assignment and display times, and any UTM source and campaign parameters. When browser storage is available, the identifier is stored locally to keep the scenario consistent. It may be associated with your inquiry; submitted contact details are not stored in local storage.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, understand partnership interest, evaluate the illustrated pricing scenario, and improve our services. Service providers may process information as needed to operate the website and manage inquiries.
Information not requested
Our inquiry is not intended to collect resident or offspring information, customer transaction data, bank or card details, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, or medical information. Please do not include any of these in your inquiry. We do not sell personal data.
Potential future programs
A future program could require separately agreed access to information to recognize eligible payments or report participation. Any such access would be subject to appropriate consent, agreements, safeguards and applicable requirements. Retention and your choices
